  I used to think this was just a regular moisturizer, but its true value shines when you have rash-like breakouts! One summer, my neck got all red from sweat and mosquito bites. I applied this cream generously, and by the next day, the irritation had significantly calmed down. Since then, I've been recommending it to everyone!
