Overall, I think it was a great decision to release a line focused on washed-out, ashy colors, aside from the one black shade. The Neutral Brown color is a deep reddish-brown that has lower brightness compared to a chocolate brown, but lacks the red undertones. Despite the name, it actually looks quite warm.
Cons
However, I was hoping for a liner that has the general appearance of a typical liner, but with the color being significantly faded, so that even with multiple layers, it wouldn't become too intense. Instead, the formula is extremely watery, so it applies quite sheer from the start. While you can build it up to be usable like a regular brown liner, as time passes, it ends up fading away without a trace.

It applies well! The color tones suit warm undertones, and even as a cool-toned person, I don't think it looks too bad on me.
Cons
It applies a little too well... It comes out a bit too intense even with just a light application. 😔
