I'm currently using it as a toner after cleansing, and it's great because it has good moisture and I can apply it like a pack on areas that need cooling. As someone with sensitive skin, I'm glad it doesn't cause any breakouts.
Cons
I received it as a gift, so I didn't know the price, but it's quite expensive... It's not really worth buying with my own money, haha.

It's just a plain toner pad. It's good to use it lightly after morning cleansing.
Cons
There's not really any disappointing point, but the cotton pad feels a bit rougher compared to other toner pads.
