The product adheres well to the skin and absorbs nicely. The built-in brush is convenient, making it perfect for a quick application before rushing to school in the morning!
ConsFor dry skin, it's not particularly hydrating, and the brightening effect doesn't last long. It tends to smudge easily, and the amount is less than expected.
TipMake sure to apply it with the brush and reapply frequently for best results.

The brush applicator allows you to apply it without getting your hands messy. Being a stick format, there's no risk of leakage.
ConsFor me, it feels a bit rich, so I might avoid using it in summer. Also, when applying, it sometimes comes off in small clumps. Even with the brush, I end up having to spread these clumps with my fingers.

It applies smoothly with good adherence, leaving a subtle sheen. The coverage is also decent.
ConsWhile the smooth application is nice, it seems to make the stick prone to smudging.

Brightening sunsticks are quite rare, so I had high expectations. The tone-up effect definitely has its pros and cons. First off, the packaging is really pretty and seems convenient for carrying around. Its round shape makes it easy to apply, just like using a multi-balm. When I first opened it, some of the product crumbled off, but after a few uses, it wore down to a nice, rounded shape that's easy to use. Pro tip: when you first use it, try rolling it on the back of your hand to smooth out any hard particles. As I applied it to my face, I noticed it has a pinkish tint that initially made me look like I was wearing stage makeup! That's when I realized why a brush is necessary. After applying it and blending with a brush, the overly made-up look quickly disappeared. The brightening effect is quite nice. It gives your face a lovely glow, but if you have a darker complexion, be careful of any noticeable lines between your face and neck. The texture feels smooth going on, with a slight richness that doesn't leave any greasy residue after application. Even with my sensitive, blemish-prone skin, using the brush didn't cause any irritation.
ConsOne of the main advantages of sunsticks is supposed to be the ease of reapplication, but this product is a bit inconvenient in that regard. The need for a brush makes it a bit of a hassle, and it tends to smudge any base makeup you've already applied. It's best used on bare skin or carefully coordinated with your existing base products. Otherwise, you might end up with a ghostly white cast on your face.
TipI use this when I want a slight brightening effect on bare skin.

It's easier to apply than a cream, and the attached brush is incredibly soft. It seems to give a natural brightening effect with a beige tint. While it might not be enough for a foundation-free look, I think it could help even out your skin tone when used under cushion or liquid foundation. The swatch on my hand looks quite different, but once blended, the color harmonizes well with my skin. I've been using just this sunstick, and I noticed hardly any excess oil and no feeling of dryness. While I prefer the cream's texture, this stick version is pretty good too.
ConsAlthough it glides on smoothly, there's a slight drag when blending it out. Also, I find it a bit inconvenient that the stick crumbles a bit during application, leaving some residue on the face.
