1. It's extremely drying for dry hands and feet. Even with the same product, my oily-skinned family members love it, but for me, lacking both oil and moisture, it wasn't great. Despite being called 'Deep Moisture', it doesn't live up to the name at all.

3. The packaging and container design is simple, clean, and doesn't get old.
