The low-irritation formula allowed me to apply it generously after cleansing, without any worries, and the generous volume was a great bonus.

It seems to be not well absorbed. It feels like it's just sitting on the surface of the skin.

It seems to have good capacity, cost-effectiveness, and moisture retention. I'm not sure about the effects yet.

I think it may lack a bit of moisturization in the winter for those with very dry skin.

☹️ The pre-renewal Panthenol cream was my beloved hydrating and soothing product, but the renewed formula without the oil components, while safer for sensitive skin, feels more drying to me and has caused some minor breakouts.
I wish they would continue selling both the pre-renewal and renewed versions of the Panthenol cream.
