  The scent is lovely, and it leaves your hair soft without needing a separate conditioner or treatment

  Cons

  If you have seborrheic dermatitis, steer clear of this product. It's absolutely not suitable for seborrheic scalps. I have an itchy scalp with blemishes due to seborrheic dermatitis, and after using this, I noticed my condition worsened. The itching intensified, and I felt like I was developing more dandruff. While it might work for other scalp types, if you have seborrheic dermatitis, absolutely do not buy this product.

  I've used it 3-4 times since purchasing, and each time I washed my hair, it was disappointing.

  Cons

  A few hours after washing my hair, it becomes itchy and dandruff appears. I bought it because it was supposed to have good cleansing effectiveness for the scalp, but it's not great. Those with seborrheic dermatitis should especially avoid this. They say it's gentle, but it just feels like it's making my hair sticky. I usually shampoo twice and dry my hair thoroughly because of seborrheic dermatitis, but with this shampoo, no matter what I do, my scalp just feels itchy and irritating.

  Lathers well. That's about it. The bottle design is pretty, which is a plus. It's just a regular shampoo, nothing special.

  Cons

  Dandruff falls like snow. Causes skin itchiness. I usually have resilient skin, but as soon as I switched to this shampoo, I started itching every time I washed my hair. My girlfriend had to stop using it because the itching spread all over her back after washing. Planning to throw it out and buy a new one.

  Pros

  I tried the treatment first and loved it, so I decided to give the shampoo line a go. I was pleased with how well it lathers.

  Cons

  My scalp is naturally very dry and doesn't produce much oil. After using this shampoo, my scalp became even drier and itchy. My hair also felt rough and straw-like, probably due to lack of hydration. I forced myself to finish the bottle, hoping to use it up quickly, but by the end, my scalp condition had significantly worsened.
