Originally, this cream was frequently used for my teenage daughter's acne-prone skin. Recently, I've been experiencing redness on my face and unexpected blemishes around my nose area, so I needed something to calm my skin. I borrowed my daughter's cream and started using it. It's not an ultra-light cream, but rather a pleasantly rich soothing formula. The moment you apply it, there's a cooling effect, but it doesn't quickly dry out your skin. Surprisingly, it keeps your skin hydrated for quite a while. This experience shattered my preconception that it would only be suitable for oily or combination dehydrated skin. I discovered it's a great soothing cream for dry skin types to use in summer as well!
