When I applied it to my lips, it was like yogurt gone wild! The Glowy Tint that came out last year was much better. After two days... it still doesn't adhere well and feels like it's just sitting on top. How to describe it... like it's not melting in? When applied to the lips, there's barely any color payoff. This feels like... something went wrong in production. Review after over a week... The more you apply, the heavier it feels...
