It's not drying and has just the right amount of moisture, so it should be suitable for those with dry skin After using this product for just one day, I got a lot of small bumps and acne, and my skin became a mess. I can't use it anymore... I wouldn't recommend it for those with super sensitive skin - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinNov 21, 2023
I bought this as a set with the toner and emulsion. The consistency wasn't too thin, making it easy to apply. As someone with dry skin, I've been using the green tea line successfully. However, when I tried this product, it caused a tingling sensation and breakouts all over my face. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 12, 2023
I had been using this product for several years until it was reformulated. It was gentle and suited my skin well, which I really appreciated. I used to use the Green Tea Balancing line before the reformulation, but now I've switched to the new version. Unfortunately, it leaves quite a bit of oiliness on my skin... Since the change, I've been constantly getting small blemishes. If you were a fan of the original Green Tea Balancing line and are considering buying the reformulated product, I'd suggest giving it some extra thought before purchasing. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 20, 2023
Absolutely terrible... It's completely different from the pre-renewal version. I seriously question why they even bothered with this renewal. I had been using the Green Tea Balancing line for over 8 years before the renewal, but now... it's just awful. I can't fathom why they changed it to this. It's just sticky and causes small blemishes to appear, so I'm discontinuing use. Looking at other reviews, I see many people feel the same way. I really wish they'd bring back the old formula. Nothing to add... - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinJul 17, 2023
None. It's excessively watery and runs off. Some might like it, but those used to the original Green Tea Balancing line might be shocked when trying this. Before the renewal, I hardly had any major blemishes on my face, but after the renewal, it's chaos... I don't understand why they made such a drastic change. I never want to use it again. It's not sticky when applying, but later it becomes extremely oily and sticky. Please, Innisfree, go back to the previous formula... - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinMay 25, 2023
The formula has become much thinner with this new version. I'll need to use it for a while to see how it performs. I've been using the new version for about a week, and I've noticed some blemishes appearing. I'll need to use it a bit longer to determine if it's due to this product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMay 12, 2023
Absolutely nothing positive to say. Literally zero good points. I'm struggling to find even one redeeming quality. As a devoted fan of Innisfree's Green Tea line, I'm genuinely disappointed. I have combination dehydrated skin, so products that are either too oily or too dry can cause blemishes. During the big sale, I decided to replace all my products, but oh boy... Right after application, I felt a tingling sensation. I thought, 'No way,' but sure enough, two days later, my skin completely flared up. Instead of providing hydration, this somehow leaves my skin feeling sticky and oily later on. I'm incredibly let down. While I could possibly overlook the toner, the fact that Innisfree changed their signature Green Tea Serum to a hyaluronic acid line is driving me crazy. I'm seriously considering stockpiling the pre-renewal Green Tea Serum from stores or online. I rarely write reviews like this, but I'm so frustrated. Innisfree, please come to your senses! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 29, 2023
Even after using a skin pack, the hydration doesn't evaporate and stays on my skin for a long time! After switching to this line's toner and serum, I developed deep acne and small blemishes around my brow area and chin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMar 19, 2023
As someone with sensitive, blemish-prone skin, I've been using the Green Tea Skin for years - probably over 10 bottles by now. I decided to try the renewed version. The green tea ingredient worked really well for my sensitive, acne-prone skin, and I used it consistently with great results. However, after trying the renewed version, I developed a lot of small blemishes... It seems the hyaluronic acid doesn't agree with my skin. I'm really disappointed with the renewal. Though it might still work well for those with more resilient skin...
