And when you think of hyaluronic acid, Innisfree comes to mind. This was the product that first introduced me to hyaluronic acid. It's a go-to product when you need gentle hydration replenishment.
ConsThere's a bit of an industrial scent... A slight chemical or rubber smell. It seems to intensify over time.

It instantly hydrates, feels lightweight, and absorbs quickly. No pilling under makeup! While it has a slight stickiness typical of hyaluronic acid creams, it's not so tacky that your hair sticks to it. Instead, it gives your skin a nice, firm feel. It absorbs well even when layered.
ConsThe scent is a letdown. It's not a pleasant green tea fragrance, but rather an artificial smell that's slightly off-putting when applying. If you have extremely dry skin or are looking for a rich cream, this might not be enough. I recommend it for those wanting light, refreshing hydration. I even apply it over sunscreen when I'm out. It's perfect if serums alone aren't cutting it, but rich creams are too much. Suitable for all ages. But seriously, that scent is such a shame.

It provided rich hydration, and I noticed some soothing effects too. Above all, my skin felt comfortable after application. I also love how they've updated the packaging design to be more minimal and attractive.
ConsWhile the jar packaging could be improved, I know they offer a tube version, so it's not a major drawback. The main issue I've always had with Innisfree's Green Tea line is the somewhat artificial fragrance. It's like they're trying too hard to make it smell super fresh, which seems unnecessary.
TipFor combination skin, apply a thin layer during the day. In the evening, either use a thicker layer or apply multiple thin layers for better absorption.

Previously, I thought it was very creamy and oily, but now it feels much more hydrating than greasy, with just the right oil and moisture balance. The texture is quite thick but not heavy. As you can see in the photo, the marks from applying the cream with a spatula at night are still visible in the morning. When my skin is irritated or dry, applying a generous amount before bed really helps calm and improve it. I have sensitive skin but used this comfortably without any irritation. I think it's a cream that would work well for any skin type.
ConsWhile I like it, I'm mentioning this for those with sensitive noses. Despite being Green Tea Hyaluronic, it has a citrusy scent. If you're not a fan of citrus fragrances, I recommend testing it first.
TipFor nighttime care, I recommend layering it twice as a sleeping pack. First, apply a thin layer all over your face and let it absorb. Then, apply a thicker layer on top before going to bed. When you wake up, your skin will not only be moisturized, but it will also have a glow even after washing your face, without any feeling of tightness.

People with oily skin might find it a bit heavy though. My skin tends to get very dry during seasonal changes, leading to small blemishes and peeling dead skin cells. But after applying this morning and night, I've noticed improvements. It also seems to be a great makeup base - when I apply makeup over this cream, there's no pilling and my makeup adheres well. Applying a layer doesn't feel greasy, but rather like it's coating my skin. When I apply it generously at night, my skin condition in the morning is great. Even in the very dry mornings, while there might be a slight feeling of dryness on the surface, my skin feels hydrated deep down.
ConsThe scent is a bit disappointing. It's like an artificial tangerine or grass smell. If it weren't for the scent, it would be perfect! For those with very dry skin like mine, you might need to apply a lot even during the day. After some time, the surface feels a bit dry but it's still moisturizing underneath. The texture is quite rich - perfect for fall and winter moisturizer! Not recommended for those with oily skin.

Starting with the canola honey lip balm, I've tried their green tea serum, retinol serum, the recently launched sun serum, and their existing sunscreen. This time, I was lucky enough to win a cream I hadn't tried yet. I've been using it for about two weeks now, and with the cooler weather setting in, I was looking for a slightly thicker texture despite it being a hydrating serum. Innisfree fits the bill perfectly. The texture isn't too heavy, nor is it as light as what I'd use in summer. It has just the right creamy consistency that feels like it adheres well to my face when I apply it. I love the subtle citrus scent. The white cream has a medium viscosity, making it easy to apply. I use it both as a daily moisturizer and night cream. I have dry skin, so winter products tend to be quite thick. Since I'm looking for both hydration and moisture, they often have a higher oil content, which can be too much for daily use and may cause makeup to pill. However, this cream has a medium consistency that doesn't feel heavy. It's hydrating and moisturizing, and it seems to have a bit of oil that makes it adhere well to my skin. I love that it doesn't cause my makeup to pill when used daily. While it might not be enough for extreme dryness, I think it'll work well for me in winter if I mix in a little facial oil. In the dead of winter, I could probably layer it thinly multiple times without it feeling too heavy. That's why I'm still using it regularly, both during the day and before bed.
ConsI can't really find much fault with it. I'm a big fan of Innisfree products in general, and they seem to work well with my skin. The only slight disappointment might be the fragrance. While it does have a refreshing citrus scent when first applied, which is nice, it's followed by a somewhat chemical smell, which is a bit disappointing. I'm not particularly sensitive to fragrances, so it's okay for me, but those who are more sensitive to scents might find it a bit off-putting.
TipThe medium-consistency texture makes it great for layering thinly as a daily moisturizer. Before bed, I can apply a more generous amount without it feeling greasy or unpleasant. For daily use, I'd recommend applying it in thin layers two or three times for best results.

It's not quite a full-on moisturizer nor a purely oil-based cream, but somewhere in between. This leaves my skin feeling hydrated and incredibly soft without any dryness. - Rich texture From a combination dehydrated skin perspective, it feels quite rich when applied. However, as time passes, it settles into a comfortable, non-greasy finish that doesn't feel heavy at all. - Overall experience The best part is that I've been using Riddle Shot 300 for a month now, which has been making my skin smoother, but I noticed some dead skin cells appearing. After using this product alongside it for about a week, the two work incredibly well together. My skin feels even softer than before, and I'm not seeing any dead skin cells, which is great. This aspect is what I love most about this product.
Cons- Scent The fragrance is reminiscent of industrial oil, which is a bit disappointing. It's not overpowering, but it's subtly noticeable. It takes some getting used to at first, but you gradually adapt. It's not too bad overall! - Ingredients There are some potentially allergenic ingredients, so you might need to use it with caution.
TipIt works amazingly well with Riddle Shot!

It absorbs really well.
ConsThe scent feels too artificial. Every time I use it, I think to myself, 'I shouldn't buy this again next time.'

However, I personally prefer Innisfree's original natural and pure aesthetic. There are already many cosmetics with similar designs out there. The previous Innisfree vibe was associated with Yoona's commercials, green hues, and green tea imagery, but now it feels a bit more ordinary. While there are aspects that appear more refined and luxurious, I wonder why they changed their image when they were arguably number one among major brands for their natural and pure look. ● Effectiveness The effectiveness doesn't seem to differ greatly from the previous product. It still provides a sense of comfort and stability to the skin. Innisfree products don't use caprylic-based ingredients that most other brands use. I really appreciate this and was worried it might have changed with this new formulation. For some people, caprylic-based ingredients can cause immediate stinging and redness. Especially nowadays, many cosmetics feature these ingredients high up on their ingredient lists, which can cause instant skin reactions. Innisfree seems to be acutely aware of this issue and appears to maintain stability through alternative blending methods. If you search for this ingredient on the Hwahae app, you'll likely find many negative reviews from people who dislike it. I only learned about this after experiencing skin reactions from such products over an extended period. You can identify ingredients your skin dislikes by comparing just two products that cause redness and one that doesn't. In this regard, I dare say Innisfree is the best. Thanks to this, you can layer multiple products without any issues. There's nothing better for tired skin or skin stressed from winter heating. While the scent may have changed slightly, I still want to say it's the No. 1 moisturizer for skin comfort.
ConsIt's a bit disappointing that the fragrance has changed with the removal of perfume. There's a citrusy scent which isn't bad, but there's a slight chemical smell when you finish applying it.
TipI find it works even better when used with the serum essence and cream from the same line.

It's just okay.
ConsThe fragrance is too artificial, and it stings too much for sensitive skin to use.
