This product is something I discovered when I was struggling with an overheated scalp, constant scalp warmth, and dry scalp leading to seborrheic dermatitis and scalp flakes.
I shampoo my hair with the cooling shampoo, and before drying it with a cool blow dryer, I thoroughly apply the Hwahae hair tonic. This really cools down my scalp and completely reduces the heat.
It seems like a great product to use in the summer as well.
The scent is quite mild.
You might think that applying it to the scalp would make your hair greasy, but it doesn't at all.

After searching on YouTube, I learned that dry scalp can also cause this, so I purchased a tonic to keep my scalp moisturized. After using it for 2-3 days, the flakes disappeared immediately!! 😍 Amazing! I was so concerned about my hair looking dirty due to the scalp flakes, but now I can just wash my hair and spray this on my scalp without worrying about that anymore!
It seems the flakes tend to worsen during the drier seasons for me. For those of you with dry scalps and flakiness, be sure to give this a try! 👍🫶
