I usually like mint scents, but this one smells like tiger balm! It's got that medicinal ointment smell. While the scent does fade quickly, it's a bit startling at first.

I've been using the Mentholatum Lemon Lip Balm, and it's pretty good! I tried it because it claimed to be deeply moisturizing, and it really delivers on that promise. The hydration is excellent, and while it might be a hit or miss for some, I personally find it to be a lip balm that makes my lips feel at peace. For me, it's a winner, making it a decent, middle-of-the-road lip balm. Unlike typical lip balms, it's wider horizontally, so it applies to the lips quickly and easily.

The cooling sensation might feel a bit strange at first. Also, since the cap closes tightly, if you have any residual oil on your hands after skincare, you might find it tricky to open!

The flat shape is surprisingly easy and pleasant to apply on the lips. It's packed with oil and moisture, and when the menthol touches your lips, there's a cool, refreshing sensation. At first, it might be startling, but it becomes quite addictive! Compared to other lip balms, the hydration lasts longer, and you can clearly see it tackling those dead skin cells. That's why I've been using it consistently. Many YouTubers have been recommending it, and I can see why it's continuously loved!

Once it melts, it becomes a bit inconvenient to use, so it's not ideal for carrying around in your pocket.

I've used three of these and they feel incredibly refreshing when applied! There's no scent either, which makes them so comfortable to use.
