I've tried all three, and the usage experience is overwhelmingly in favor of Michinskin

My son purchased this because the highway was getting too rough.
It has an incredible volume and a bouncy, springy feel to the hair.
I tried it myself, and while I had trouble with tangling after rinsing due to damage, it tangles much less now. My hair also has a more calming feel to it.

The saying that washing with soap doesn't cause much hair loss seems to be somewhat true.
And using mackerel rock soap made my hair feel thicker immediately. 
It felt a bit stiff, similar to being brittle, but after towel-drying and immediately applying the Healing Bird (hair essence), it became soft and nice.
I hope this helps those of you who are struggling with hair loss.

I had purchased the Michinsekin brand from their official website a few years ago, and after hearing that bar soap is great for hair loss, I used mackerel rock soap as my shampoo for about 2 years.
At first, the soap didn't lather well, but recently the lather has been great. However, after shampooing, it was difficult to brush my hair.

Eventually, the soap cleansing became a bit tedious, so I decided to try the Michinsekin product as a shampoo. Since it's a hair loss shampoo, I noticed that hardly any hair fell out.
This phenomenon of only a strand or two of hair falling out was the same when I first started using the product.
I consider this to be a good shampoo that works well for me.
