  This is the first time I've used an eyeliner product without any eye irritation. I used to tear up every time I filled in my waterline, but this time it went on smoothly without needing to layer it. Even without layering, it applied well in one stroke. Since I don't normally apply it heavily, the coverage was just right for me. Of course, if you layer it, the color will be more intense. I tried layering it and it still applied nicely.
