The color combinations seem pretty decent, and there's even a brown shade that works well for eyeliner. I use deep undertone palettes for most of my eye looks, but I reach for this one when I'm doing eyeliner or aegyo-sal. Highly recommended for cool-toned beauties!
ConsI used this thinking I was cool-toned, but it didn't quite suit me as I'm actually deep undertone. However, I think it would look absolutely gorgeous on those with cool complexions.

It's thinner than other palettes, making it lightweight! 🎨Application and Pigmentation Applies evenly without clumping and has great adherence! The color payoff is also quite good! 🎨Texture and Color Analysis Recommended for summer cool tones who love lavender colors - 01 Blooming is a glitter shadow with pink, lavender, and white pearl particles. - 02 Pale is a shimmery pearl shadow with a lovely pink glow. - 03 Tear is a glitter shadow with a coral pink base full of white pearls. It's the most sparkly in the palette with a glossy finish, but when applied, the coral pink tone is barely noticeable. - 04 Frost is a muted beige without yellow undertones. Great as a base for contouring. - 05 French Lavender is a soft, powdery lavender. Perfect as a base for lavender looks. - 06 Baby is a light pink that looks like it has a drop of milk in it. Ideal for daily makeup base for cool-toned individuals. - 07 Candyfloss is a light coral pink. It felt the warmest in this palette. - 08 Light Plum is a beige matte pearl shadow with an ashy mauve feel. The mauve tone becomes more apparent when applied. - 09 Lilac is a matte pearl shadow that looks like 05 with a bit less softness. - 10 Bubble is a matte light pink with a slightly subdued feel. - 11 Scandal is a vibrant cool pink matte shadow. - 12 Smudge is a matte brown-beige without any yellow undertones. - 13 Lavender is a saturated mauve pink matte shadow. Great as an accent for lavender looks. - 14 Love is a bright pink matte shadow. Perfect for adding a pop to daily makeup. - 15 Pop is a matte pearl shadow that looks like a mix of 11 and 14. - 16 Fuzzy is a matte brown without yellow undertones, good for contouring the outer corners. Overall, there are many soft, white-based colors, making it ideal for cool-toned individuals who don't suit darker makeup looks.
Cons🎨Cons and Points to Note It's disappointing that there's no deep color to smudge out eyeliner. Also, there's a bit of excess when applying.
Tip🎨Pro Tip Since these shadows can have some fallout, give your brush a tap before applying!

I was considering buying a WEME palette, but I chose this one because I thought these colors would be the most versatile. When I tried them on, the colors weren't as intense as I expected, which I actually preferred. It's not that they lack pigmentation, but they apply beautifully with a subtle, natural finish, perfect for creating a natural eye look! The last photo shows swatches of the three colors I use most often. With that first shade, you can instantly transform into a princess! The bottom two colors are what I use for my aegyo sal (under-eye puff). Many people use pencils for aegyo sal, but you can achieve a perfectly natural look without one using this palette. Or, if you prefer, you can outline with a pencil and then blend it out with these shades for a really beautiful effect! Personally, I love this palette because of its versatility and ability to create natural eye looks.
ConsThere is some excess powder fallout, especially with the shimmery shades. After using them, you might find glitter particles scattered around.

With such a diverse range of shades, you can mix and match to create absolutely stunning looks. The shimmer is finely milled and not over the top, making it perfect for winter - it's just so pretty! Even though I have a warm complexion, I couldn't resist buying this palette despite it being more suited for cool tones. I think it would work beautifully as a blush too, not just eyeshadow. All 16 shades are gorgeous without exception - if you know how to combine them, you can create truly beautiful eye looks!
ConsAs for downsides, I haven't found any yet! No blemishes either.

While I'm not pale myself, so it's not a perfect match, I love how it aligns with my aesthetic goals. What makes this truly a holy grail item is that the color combinations allow you to adjust the brightness and saturation for different purposes. You can mix them to create your desired shade - it's so versatile! It's a palette with many true cool pinks, so I wouldn't recommend it for those with deep undertones. The color payoff is fantastic, and if you're looking for a lavender palette, I highly recommend this!
ConsThere's quite a bit of excess powder fallout, and it feels somewhat drier than other powders. Make sure to properly hydrate the eye area before applying makeup!
Tip1. Contouring mix: 4+16 2. Soft lavender blush combo: 5+6+10 -> Adding more of shade 5 increases the brightening effect 3. Highlighter combo: 2+5 (just a touch)

It's especially satisfying that it includes eyeliner shades and base colors, with diverse pearl particle sizes. This palette seems perfect for cool-toned individuals, offering versatility and true cool shades.
ConsSome of the shades look quite similar when applied to the skin.
TipThis palette is all you need for almost any cool-toned eye makeup look! It's the only one I pack when traveling.

The glitters also apply beautifully with a subtle shimmer.
ConsUnfortunately, it lacks deeper shades for contouring, so you might need to combine it with colors from other palettes. Additionally, some of the shades are quite similar, which means certain colors may end up unused.
TipIt works well when blended with other palettes.

I used to use that Peripera palette that was featured in Forbes, but I ran out. I found this one while searching for something similar. The glitters are beautiful, and the color range is diverse, allowing you to use various shades from lavender to pink!
ConsAs someone who's been using Peripera, I'm a bit disappointed that there isn't a vibrant pink shade like I expected.

It's really a perfect palette for those with light undertones. The brown shades are free from yellow tints and have a grayish tone, which is great for when you're tired of pink hues.
ConsThe longevity was a bit disappointing. Even with primer, the colors seemed to fade away after a while. Also, there was some excess powder fallout during application.

However, all the colors have a white base, so they don't build up well for contouring. While I wouldn't recommend this to those looking for a contouring palette, I'd suggest it to those who, like me, use just one or two colors for eyeshadow. I love the variety of shimmers that work great for aegyo-sal, eyelids, and inner corners.
ConsThe colors all have a white base and seem quite similar to each other. The advantage of having 16 shades doesn't really stand out. When trying to create depth, you need to apply multiple layers for the color to show up on the eyelids, and even then, there's not much difference from the base color.
TipI'd recommend this to those who prefer a subtle makeup look.
