It has a smooth, pearly finish. It definitely has a strong presence, and since it's a glitter powder, a small amount can be used to last until the end. It's perfect for stage makeup that needs to really shine.
Cons
Since it's a dry powder formula, the fixation isn't great. You'll need to use additional glitter glue, and the particle size is coarser than expected.
