It applies with the perfect amount of moisture! The sheen is also subtly luminous, not overbearing!
It can be slightly drying, though.

It has a bit of a cheap feel... The cap is a light orange with a slight sheen, but it has a matte feel, and the plastic feels a bit too cheap-looking.
