Trying out the mini cushion first is a great way to test out the product.

The main downside is that it's tricky to pick the exact right shade. But luckily, the one I got did end up matching my skin tone well. 
The mini cushion's puff is a bit too small, which can be slightly inconvenient. But it works fine for quick touch-ups in small areas.

I first learned about this mini cushion for touch-up makeup, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the color tone matched my skin tone (which uses shade 21) perfectly, with great adherence and no cakiness. I ended up purchasing the full-size product as well. 
Although I was worried the shade range might be limited, it seems those who use shades 21-23 can use this cushion comfortably, as it provides good coverage and brightening.
It's a creamy, moisturizing cushion that I'd recommend for normal to combination skin types. Even with my slightly oily skin, the cushion worked great for me, giving a lovely, glowy finish. The longevity is also better than average, rivaling premium brand cushions in quality.
I'd suggest trying the mini cushion first if you're considering this product - the mini is so cute, I get asked about it every time I use it!
Both the mini and full-size versions have excellent packaging and design.

This cushion would be great for dry skin types to use year-round, from fall through spring. The compact size makes it really convenient to carry around.

The built-in puff feels a bit loose and flimsy.
The formula could perhaps be improved slightly in terms of the ingredients.

The coverage is quite good - with a few layers, it applies brightly and luminously, creating a clean and non-burdensome glow on the skin.
The moisture is also quite nice. As it's a dewy cushion, you can feel the moistness when applying, and while some of the moisture does dissipate over time, it maintains a decent level of hydration. Even for dry skin types, it doesn't feel tight or uncomfortable after a while.
In terms of coverage, as a glow cushion, the coverage is a bit lacking, but it provides a natural, 'no-makeup' look that those who prefer a more subtle coverage will appreciate.
For application, I tried both the built-in puff and a foundation brush. While the small puff took more time to cover my entire face, the combination of using the brush first for an initial layer and then the puff for a second layer worked really well, helping it adhere better and last longer.
In terms of longevity, aside from areas where my skin was flaky, it didn't emphasize texture, cake, or crease too much over time. Particularly around my eyes, laugh lines, and nose area - which are usually problem spots for me - it held up quite nicely without excessive creasing. And when it did start to break down, it did so in a natural, somewhat flattering way.
The compact size and built-in puff are also great features. As someone who likes to travel light, the petite size is perfect for just taking the essentials when going out. The puff, while a bit loosely fitted, is still functional.
