This is a lightweight hydrating toner perfect for use in all seasons except winter. It absorbs well into the skin. There's not much to say about this simple toner, but I doubt many people would experience blemishes from using it. It seems quite gentle. It's such a mild product that it's just an okay, lightweight toner to use. This toner had an excellent balance. 1. Scent It has a refreshing feel, but it's close to being unscented. 2. Application The texture is water-like. Absorption is average. 3. Experience The oil and moisture balance is superb, and it's non-irritating, making it suitable for all skin types. I've been using this in a mist bottle! Whenever my skin feels dry, I give it a spritz.
