The effects are amazing. It works great on dry or bleached hair. There's also not much residue left behind, and the scent is nice.
Cons
The formula is ~~~ too firm, so squeezing it out feels like a forearm workout... I wish it had a slightly softer texture.

They sell a hair essence spray at Olive Young that works great when used together - it can give you mermaid-like hair.

I was someone who used to go through about 5 bottles of the original Ultra Protein Treatment before the renewal. I thought only the packaging had changed, but the texture is completely different now. It has a semi-transparent formula that is thick and creamy. It has a floral fragrance. When applied, it spreads smoothly without much dripping on the bottom. I still have to finish one more bottle to fully assess the effects, but the pre-renewal treatment was already effective in improving and maintaining hair condition, so I have high expectations.
Cons
The texture is really thick, making it a bit strenuous on the wrists haha. I switched to L'Oreal and then repurchased this, but I'm disappointed that it's not available in a large size.
