As indicated on the pack, it's recommended to use it once a day, without excessive nourishment or functions, just for hydration, so it's not burdensome to use daily. However, since it's a moisture-focused mask pack, dry skin types should finish with a lotion, cream, etc. to prevent the moisture from evaporating. As someone with very dehydrated skin, the moisturizing power wasn't quite sufficient for me. 🫧 Volume The essence is really generous.
