When applied to the eyes, it doesn't sparkle as much as it does on the wrist. It's so, so, so natural that you have to look very closely to see the shimmer. Recently, I've noticed that while it doesn't smudge due to its good staying power, it comes off in a way that's similar to waterproof makeup when removing, almost like dead skin cells rolling off. After wearing it for a few hours in a hot place, it tends to clump a bit. It's strange to say the glitter clumps, but it's sort of a... clumping feeling. It's really pretty, but... it needs some tweaking. Personally, I prefer clumping to smudging because when glitter smudges, it goes straight into my eyes. Update: I take it back... the clumping is terrible. It breaks down in a very unattractive way. I only used it a few times before giving up. It leaves a sticky finish.

It doesn't smudge easily and seems to have good staying power. I rubbed it, and the sparkles stayed in place. It's perfect for those who want subtle glitter (incredibly natural-looking). There's a slight pink undertone, so it's not boring.

I didn't find any downsides! I'd definitely recommend this to those with cool undertones!
