  Convenient to carry around for post-workout nutrition.

  Cons

  It doesn't dissolve well in water and clumps, making it uncomfortable to drink. The taste is quite bland and not enjoyable. The price is on the expensive side.

  For easier consumption, I'd recommend the packaged version rather than the stick. No matter how hard you try, it's difficult to mix without any clumps. Still, Celex is a brand you can trust.
