You can take it after brushing your teeth or right before bed without any issues. ✔️Easy to swallow: Unlike some larger pharmacy capsules that can be difficult to swallow, you can take two of these at once without any trouble. ✔️Reduced tossing and turning during sleep: While it doesn't guarantee deep sleep, I noticed I wasn't waking up briefly and shifting positions as often as I used to throughout the night. However, I didn't wake up feeling refreshed as if I had a perfect night's sleep. ✔️More consistent bedtime: I usually went to bed very late, around 2-3 AM, but while taking this product, I found myself naturally going to bed around 1 AM regularly. ConsDoesn't guarantee deep sleep, and has limited effect on inducing sleep (especially if you consume coffee or use your phone before bed). There doesn't seem to be any dramatic effects. It might be suitable as a subtle aid to use alongside other methods for improving sleep, rather than a standalone solution.
TipIt does help to somewhat regularize your sleep pattern. You might notice a bit more benefit if you avoid afternoon coffee and using your phone in bed.
