I didn't feel an incredible weight loss effect. I felt like it prevented the food I ate from turning into fat, and it helped maintain my weight even if I ate a lot.

It was convenient to carry and eat on the go as it was individually packaged, and there was no unpleasant aftertaste! I was satisfied because I didn't feel burdened by having to remember to take the supplements, even if I overate.

To be honest, I'm not sure if it really helps with dieting. When I ate it similarly to my usual diet, it didn't seem to have much effect. Combining it with diet and exercise didn't make much difference compared to just doing diet and exercise alone. 
Additionally, for some reason, whenever I only take this, I keep waking up in the middle of the night, which is quite inconvenient.

This seems to be a healthier option compared to other diet supplements, as it helps with weight loss and also contains essential nutrients.

I was worried because I heard that taking too much or using them for too long can put a strain on the liver. And with Calobye products, I couldn't sleep well - I would wake up repeatedly throughout the night.
