I'm in the process of trying out different omega products to find the right one for me. The capsule size is good - I used to take larger capsules that were difficult to swallow, but this product has smaller capsules that are much easier to take, especially for those with a small throat or difficulty swallowing. However, this product requires taking 2 capsules per serving. As for the fishy smell, omega products can sometimes have an unpleasant fishy odor, but this one has a much milder smell that doesn't bother me. So I'd recommend this to people who previously couldn't tolerate the strong fishy smell of other omega supplements.
Cons
Regardless, the price of RTG omega is a bit high, so while it is burdensome to take it consistently every day, I think it is worth the investment considering my health.

I gave gifts and also ate some. They say that modern people should consume omega-3. The capsules are soft, so they are easy to swallow.
Cons
As with all omega-3 supplements, the smell is not very pleasant after taking them.
