I've been trying various omega supplements to find my go-to product, and here's what I love about this one: The pill size is perfect! As someone who struggles with swallowing pills, I found the ones I used to take were a bit too big. But these are smaller, making them ideal for people with narrow throats or difficulty swallowing. You do need to take two pills per serving, but their smaller size makes them much easier to get down! The fishy smell is minimal! Some omega supplements have a strong fishy taste or smell that can be off-putting. While this one isn't completely odorless, the fishy scent is significantly reduced. I'm able to take them without any issues, so I'd recommend these to anyone who's been put off by the smell of other omega supplements. The price point: Admittedly, RTG omega supplements are on the pricier side, and taking them daily can be a bit of a financial commitment. However, I believe it's worth investing in your health. Take 2 capsules once daily!
