A close friend who had really severe constipation gave me this product to try. After taking it, I experienced such a satisfying bowel movement for the first time in ages that I ended up buying it with my own money. There's definitely a reason why some products are so popular... After taking it a few times, I stopped getting that amazing relief feeling, so I didn't repurchase. The price is a bit steep for daily use like a probiotic, and having to drink lots of water with it can be a bit challenging. It's crucial to drink plenty of water with psyllium husk! (Important)

I used to rely on this when I was constipated, before my digestive system became sensitive. It definitely helped flatten my tummy and made bowel movements easier. The taste is extremely unpleasant, and if you don't drink enough water, it can cause stomach discomfort. I was curious about this famous product, so I'm thrilled I got to try it first through an event! The amount in each packet is quite generous. As someone who struggles with swallowing pills, I find it challenging to take it all at once.
