  The value for money is insane! It's amazing that with just one pill at such an affordable price, you can get your daily recommended intake of iron and various other nutrients.

  Cons

  The smell is absolutely awful. While most supplements have a similar odor, this one is so pungent you need to hold your breath to swallow it. Also, since it contains iron, you should carefully check your nutritional needs before taking it. Despite this, it's still a great bargain and works well for me, so I keep coming back to this product.

  The price is really reasonable and the vitamin composition is great! I used to take Centrum, but since I was taking multiple supplements at once, there were some excess nutrients. So I deliberately switched to this Chong Kun Dang product.

  Cons

  When you open the lid, the smell is quite strong... It's a bit of a metallic odor. However, since they're pills and it doesn't affect the taste, just swallow them quickly.

  The scent and effectiveness? Well, even though it's supposed to be nutritious, I didn't notice any significant reduction in fatigue. Also, the smell is a bit off-putting. You can just gulp it down quickly, but I think people who are sensitive to smells might struggle with it.
