I'm taking CoQ10 because of its antioxidant and blood flow improvement properties. My whole family takes CoQ10 as it's essential for managing cholesterol levels. We've actually seen our cholesterol numbers decrease as well. This product contains CoQ10 plus vitamins, minerals, and beta-carotene, so I don't have to take a bunch of different supplements separately, which is very convenient!
Cons
The capsules are larger than expected (compared to other CoQ10 products). And the product is in a glass bottle, so I'm sometimes worried it might break. I have to take 2 capsules per day, 1 capsule twice a day, which can be a bit of a hassle at times. I'd prefer if it was just 1 capsule per day, but that's my only complaint.

You can buy it cheaply when Coco is having a sale.

I usually just buy CoQ10 based on the brand when I purchase it, since it's not easy to feel the effects even after taking it. It's best to buy it when it's on sale at Olive Young.
Cons
It seems like a must-take supplement, but the most disappointing thing is that I don't really know the effectiveness of it, whether I take it or not.
