  It certainly seemed to help with sleep and dieting! Usually when dieting, I have trouble falling asleep at night if I'm too hungry, but after taking Xantigen, it definitely helped with my sleep. ☺️ And since it's in individual servings, it's easy to consume, which is great! 😃
