I take these in the morning along with probiotics and cabbage tablets for better digestion.

Apart from aloe, there doesn't seem to be much else in terms of ingredients. Somehow, I feel like I'm not getting my money's worth compared to drinking it in liquid form. It feels more like a snack than a health supplement.

I don't know about anything else, but these are just so delicious. After trying a sample, I immediately added them to my cart. I hope enjoying these tasty treats naturally leads to improved gut health and a stronger immune system.
