After taking just one of these, my skin definitely feels more moisturized, though it's not like it's bursting with moisture. But it does effectively relieve my internal dryness. I already use a moisturizing ampoule because I have severe internal dryness, and when I take this supplement, the dryness comes back much more slowly even when I use the same ampoule.
Cons
The only potential downside is that it's a bit pricey?? Other than that, there's really nothing bad about it. I'd recommend buying it when it's on sale or checking for the lowest price.
