It contains all the ingredients that I feel work particularly well for me. Lately, with fine dust, pollen allergies, a bit of dryness, and a hectic schedule of work and appointments... I barely have any real rest time on weekends, which is really tough. This is the product I turn to whenever I feel overwhelmed by my schedule. It helps me hang in there when my respiratory system and skin are not at their best, preventing things from getting worse. While taking this, I manage to get by until I finally have some time to rest, and then my condition improves... That's how I'm surviving, pushing through day by day.
ConsI'm quite satisfied with the Selex propolis and red ginseng products, without any particular downsides. If I had to nitpick, the price can be a bit challenging. I need to take other supplements too, and spending around $30 a month on a non-essential supplement isn't always easy.
TipOnline prices vary, but you can find it for about $20 if you shop around. Personally, I only take this product during seasonal changes or when I'm particularly busy, and not regularly. I find this approach more effective and efficient, as it seems to produce a more noticeable response when I do take it.
