I've just started taking these regularly, so I haven't noticed any significant effects yet, but I'm planning to consistently take them for at least one full bottle I like that they're individually packaged, which is hygienic. I started taking this because I often get acid reflux when stressed. It seems like it could be effective with consistent use. I've been taking it for about two months now, and I'm no longer worried about acid reflux. The individual packaging makes it less concerning for long-term storage and more hygienic. It's not particularly cheap. Also, many people who take this have sensitive stomachs, so it would be better if it came in an easier-to-swallow form. I haven't been taking them for long, so I can't speak to any specific effects yet, but I appreciate that the pills are small and easy to swallow There wasn't anything particularly disappointing. I'll just keep taking them consistently and see how it goes

I appreciate that they're in capsule form, which eliminates any potential taste issues that might be divisive among users. As with all supplements, it's hard to gauge the effectiveness after just a few days of use. I'll need to take them consistently for a while to really see the benefits. I'm not sure if it maximizes the effects, but I'm taking these alongside probiotics.
