Pros
Eating it before meals does not cause any discomfort such as heartburn. It is individually packaged, so it's convenient to bring and drink before exercise.
Cons
The container is heavy.. It's a glass bottle, so there's a bit of a risk of it breaking. The individual packaging is good, but it's not very portable. And I'm not sure about the effectiveness either..! It just feels like I'm drinking it to get a workout mood.. Hmm.. And the amount is a lot, so it's actually inconvenient. I've been buying it for a while now. It was refreshing to drink before a workout.
Cons
After drinking it, I felt like it didn't have much effect. The glass bottle is also difficult to store.
