To be honest, the price is a bit steep, but it seems like a good option to take alongside a multivitamin that doesn't include Omega-3. I was pleasantly surprised that it doesn't cause any fishy aftertaste.

I'm quite satisfied with the combined EPA and DHA content of 600mg. You only need to take it once a day.
