The <Phytotix Catechin+> is budget-friendly, which is great. The pills are on the smaller side, making them easy to swallow. I often struggle with larger pills and tend to avoid them, but these are just fine. I love that it contains 800mg of catechin, which is a higher amount compared to other catechin supplements! However, I wish it contained a bit more catechin. Unlike other daily supplements, I don't take this every day but rather as needed, so I'd prefer a stronger effect. It would have been nice if it contained around 1000mg. Even though 800mg is already quite high... I guess I'm just being greedy. The deep purple color of the pills is a bit intimidating, making me hesitate slightly before taking them.
