  I often receive this as a gift and end up consuming it. It's convenient since it comes in individual packets. When you squeeze it out, it's surprisingly thin and sweet, giving you a feeling similar to drinking ginseng tea. I think the biggest advantage of this product is that it's easy to consume and has a mild taste!

  I didn't immediately feel the effects. It seems like different supplements work better for different people.
