Taking vitamin D supplements, which I always make sure to have in winter, has been really beneficial for me So far, I haven't experienced any discomfort or side effects after taking it

The ingredients are great, and if you take it consistently, your vitamin D levels will increase. Hmm, I can't think of any particular downsides. I plan to repurchase.

I've tried quite a few vitamin brands before, but there's something special about these. Unlike other brands where the smell was off-putting and I'd get a weird, sour taste when swallowing, these went down without any issues. Honestly, I can't think of any downsides! The pill size is very small, making it easy to swallow. With only 1000 IU, one pill a day might not be enough if you're deficient in vitamin D.
