This product has helped me understand the efficacy of vitamins. My fatigue has decreased, and most importantly, I have seen great effects on my oral inflammation. It contains 3000 mg, which is a higher dosage than other products, so I am satisfied and continue taking it.
Cons
It is in powder form and contains vitamin C, so it is very strong. If you take it thinking it is a tasty vitamin, you will be in for a big surprise. Since it is in powder form, if you miss the rhythm while taking it, the powder will explode all over the place.

I'm taking it in divided doses over 2-3 days because it's an overdose.
Cons
It's just too strong to take on its own, but mixing it with a little fruit juice is just perfect.
