I chose the CoQ line because it combines collagen with Coenzyme Q10, which helps neutralize free radicals. They say it's beneficial for overall health to start taking CoQ in your 30s. While I regularly get ultrasound treatments for skin regeneration twice a year and take other vitamins, which likely contribute, friends have been commenting that my skin has a natural glow and has significantly improved. Though this might sound like an advertisement, I personally feel that my skin has maintained its health well for my age since I started taking this product.
ConsWhile there aren't many downsides, even this product can't completely eliminate deep winter dryness or fully replenish skin hydration. Also, you need to take three tablets at once, which means you go through them quickly. This leads to more frequent plastic waste, which is a drawback. Unfortunately, they probably won't sell it in bulk due to tablet storage issues, but that's the only real con. Additionally, the CoQ line is pricier than Biotin or other vitamin lines. If you're new to collagen supplements, you might want to start with a different, more affordable line.
