I did see a slight effect on my physical strength, but I couldn't eat it for long because of the taste.

The taste is truly repulsive to my throat. I even tried deer antler, but this is just not doable.

I've been drinking the Cheong Kwan Jang red ginseng tea when I've caught a cold or felt a bit fatigued. I really enjoy the warming sensation it gives me. It's also convenient to carry around and has a pleasant taste. The subtle sweetness is more to my liking than the strong ginseng flavor. I'm quite satisfied with it!! 😊
