  Pros

  First off, it has a slightly sticky consistency and contains a good amount of ginsenosides, which makes it trustworthy. The taste isn't overpowering like some red ginseng products; instead, it's pleasantly sweet, making it more palatable. It's quite similar to that expensive red ginseng product, if you know what I mean! It's an excellent gift option, and considering the price, I'm very satisfied.

  Cons

  I can't really say I notice the specific benefits of red ginseng. Just a word of caution: only those who know red ginseng agrees with them should take it. My father experienced nosebleeds after consuming it.

  I personally take two of these daily.

  - Convenient to carry and consume on-the-go! - The taste isn't particularly off-putting - I'm taking these regularly since they're said to preserve ginsenosides - Great for boosting energy when you're feeling run down

  Cons
