I've learned about the megadose method, where you take a lot of vitamin C. I already take quite a few supplements, so I've been taking the combination vitamin along with this one after lunch. I'm planning to increase it from 3,000 mg to 2 capsules per day. The reason I chose this one is that the powder dissolves really well, so it's easy to swallow without any gritty residue left in my mouth. Thanks to the vitamins, I feel like my fatigue has decreased, but I'll update my review after taking it for a while longer. ConsRecommendedThis is pure vitamin C, so it's really potent!! But... I have no trouble swallowing pills, so I just toss it back with water. For people who don't like swallowing pills, I'd recommend looking for the tablet form instead. It dissolves well in water, but I don't like the taste of the acidic water, so I just take it dry and chase it with water.
