It's packaged in 6-packs, but from the perspective of my whole family eating it, it runs out quickly, and opening a new one is a hassle.

I didn't buy it, my dad bought it in bulk, so I'm not sure about the price.. I thought the packaging was pretty! I think it would be good as a gift!! I'm not the best at swallowing pills, and the pills seemed a bit large, but the swallowing was fine! Omega supplements generally have similar sizes and aren't too small, but this one felt the easiest to swallow among them.

There are so many good omega-3 supplements out there.
This one has a slight fishy smell when I put the capsule in my mouth.
But it doesn't come back up after swallowing.
I tried cutting it with a knife to drink it as a liquid, not thinking,
and I really searched a lot for ways to get rid of the omega-3 smell.
I thought the lemon flavor would be good, but oh no, why did I do that? That wasn't a good idea.

I feel like my blood is cleansed when I take it before bed.
My skin seems to look better the next day.
I checked the origin of the omega-3 and bought it from a well-known company.
