  Pros

  It tastes like a wafer cookie powder - nutty and melts delicately in your mouth. I've heard it's best to take probiotics with plenty of water, so I let it dissolve in my mouth and drank lots of water afterward! The nutty cookie flavor makes it easy and enjoyable to consume. Plus, it contains not only probiotics but also hyaluronic acid, which is great for the skin - talk about killing two birds with one stone! However, the skin hydration effects might take consistent use to notice. After eating, I've been having great bathroom visits... While I didn't have constipation before, I always get the urge a few hours after taking it, leading to healthy bowel movements.

  Cons

  It doesn't dissolve cleanly in the mouth and tends to leave a residue.

  Pros

  I've always found it challenging to take care of both skin hydration and gut health separately, so I was thrilled to be selected by The Hwahae Testers to try this integrated product. First and foremost, I loved that I could address both moisturization and probiotics with one daily packet. After a week of use, I noticed that the deep dryness I usually experience after cleansing (especially on my forehead) felt significantly reduced.

  Cons

  As someone who's always prioritized taste when it comes to gut health supplements, I was eager to try these probiotics. The strawberry flavor... I was skeptical at first, worried it might taste like cough syrup, and unfortunately, my concerns were justified. Additionally, possibly due to the hyaluronic acid content, there was a slippery residue left in my mouth.

  Tip

  If you dislike the slippery feeling, just swallow it quickly with water!
