I gave these immune-boosting probiotics to my child about a year ago. While the packaging has been recently renewed, the ingredients and contents remain the same, so I'm writing this review. I've heard a lot about gut probiotics, but nasal probiotics were new to me. I was curious, especially since my child often caught minor colds at kindergarten. Having tried the adult version from the Vicom brand, I thought the kids' version might be good too, and I was satisfied. The fact that it supports both nasal and gut health is fantastic. It's particularly helpful for friends with allergies who struggle with runny noses and congestion, especially during times of high fine dust, pollen, and yellow dust. My little one seemed to have less nasal congestion while taking these compared to when not taking them. I'm very satisfied with the results. The product came with a leaflet showing actual experiment results, which increased my trust in it. The powder has a sweet and tangy green grape flavor that my child really enjoys.
The price was a bit steep. That's why I deducted one star. If it were a bit more affordable, I would have continued to purchase it regularly for my child.
Here's a tip about when to take probiotics! It's best to take them before meals because after eating, stomach acid and bile are actively secreted, which can affect the probiotics' ability to reach the intestines. It's good to take them in the morning after a glass of water, but not on a completely empty stomach.
