The capsules were small and easy to take with liquid, which was great. At first, I was worried it might get stuck in my throat, but drinking water with it helped. The liquid supplement also has a nice sweet and sour flavor, like orange. It tastes really good. My family members have been enjoying taking it as well. It seems like a great supplement. My weak and tired body has been recovering well.

The price is a bit high, and I'm not sure if I would continue buying it regularly.

These days, there are a lot of such multivitamins available, so I decided to try one. The effects are good. When you're feeling tired, you can just drink it after a meal, and it's delicious, tasting like pure orange juice.
Cons
I don't really see any downsides. It seems to have a good cost-effectiveness, and my family members also enjoyed taking it.
Tip
Take the liquid form together with the pill. It seemed more effective to take it in the morning rather than before bed.
