(After comparing ingredients and dosages, I found it had the highest content of beneficial ingredients among cost-effective vitamins.) 2. For those on acne medication who can't take Vitamin A supplements, this product doesn't contain Vitamin A, so it's safe to use. (Note: It's said to be okay to take Vitamin A 4-6 hours after acne medication, so I take a multivitamin with Vitamin A that way. Just FYI!)

  Pros

  1) This is my go-to vitamin during exam periods! When I inevitably have to cut back on sleep to study, there's a noticeable difference between days I take it and days I don't. On days I take the vitamin, I feel less fatigued. 2) When you put the pill in your mouth, there's a slight chocolate aroma - how delightful! 3) Make sure to keep it in your bag and take it regularly.

  Cons

  1) It produces too much waste. They should consider ways to improve the packaging.

  Tip

  I'd recommend taking it after breakfast in the morning. Taking it on an empty stomach might cause some discomfort (this is just my personal opinion!).

  Pros

  Honest review from my own purchase. I loved that I could get not just vitamins, but a complex mix of other nutrients too. It's a one-stop solution... convenient to carry around as well. The liquid has a grapefruit flavor which tastes great. It felt like it really helped when I was tired.

  Cons

  The liquid feels slightly insufficient to swallow two tablet pills. So I drank a bit of water along with it.
